Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy All sessions with Anna Marie Studios are reserved on a first-come basis and are not considered confirmed until the booking process is completed in full. Booking & Payment Session fees are due at the time of booking to secure your date and time. Once booked, sessions are non-refundable. Studio time, preparation, and availability are reserved exclusively for you. Rescheduling Clients may request one reschedule with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Sessions rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee. In the event of illness or unforeseen circumstances on the studio’s end, sessions will be rescheduled at the earliest mutually available date. Late Arrivals & No-Shows Please arrive on time for your scheduled session. Late arrivals may result in reduced shooting time to maintain the studio schedule. Missed sessions or no-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled. Image Delivery Edited images are delivered via an online gallery within the timeframe outlined at booking. Image selection, purchasing, and download access are managed through this gallery. Weddings Wedding collections require a signed agreement and paid retainer to secure the date. Remaining balances are due prior to the event date. Wedding collections begin at $2,000, with custom coverage available upon inquiry.
